Must be responsible, professional, personable and have experience working in the beauty industry.
Must be computer proficient, have excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask.
Must maintain a pleasant, positive attitude
Knowledge of spa/salon booking software a must.

Job Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a complete Spa experience for the guest at all times, putting guest satisfaction above all else.
Maintain professional integrity both in-house and over the phone at all times.
Work efficiently and productively in a fast paced environment
Assist all guests with amazing customer service, including handling all guests’ questions and concerns professionally.
Accurately book, change, confirm and/or cancel spa reservations, while also coordinating with spa employees.
Oversee daily appointment calendar and ensure schedule
